An **Active** template is ready for your team to fill out. An **Inactive** template is kept in your library but hidden from use **\[verify\]**. You can change a template's status at any time from the template builder. **How It Works** 1. From your Corfix dashboard, click **Templates** in the left-hand menu. 2. In the **Form Templates** list, click the name of the template you want to update. 3. When the template builder opens, click **Show Options**. 4. Open the status drop-down and select **Active**. 5. Click **Save**. 6. When you're asked to confirm, click **Confirm**. You'll return to the **Form Templates** list, where the **Type** column now shows **Active** for that template. **Tip:** To stop your team from using a template without deleting it, follow the same steps and choose **Inactive**. **Use Cases and Benefits** - **Launch a new form:** build and test a template while it's Inactive, then switch it to Active when it's ready. - **Seasonal forms:** turn winter or summer checklists on and off without rebuilding them. -
