Add Recent Workers, Explanation (Corfix App Only)
The “Add Recent Workers” button in the Corfix app allows you to quickly assign signers to a form after it has been filled out.

It automatically gathers workers from the 10 most recently created or updated forms within the same project.

The list is project-specific, showing only workers who have been active in that project’s forms.

“Recent” means workers included on forms that were either newly created or recently updated.

This feature is designed to save time, letting you re-add active workers without needing to manually search each time.
Note: This functionality is only available in the Corfix app and does not appear on the desktop version.
Example:
If you’ve recently completed safety checklists or orientation forms for workers in a project, those workers will show up in your “Recent Workers” list the next time you add signers in the app.
