We've just introduced several improvements to Scheduling:

  • Days Available Filter: Filter the Worker and Asset Bench by specific days of the week to instantly see who’s open, without checking schedules one by one.

  • Conflict Warnings: Get flagged the moment you try to double-book a worker via drag-and-drop, with a clear confirm-or-cancel choice and a indicator on any day with an unresolved conflict.

  • Mandatory Certs: Set required certifications on a project, then get a warning at scheduling time if a worker's required certs are missing or expired.

Better Task Management

More context, fewer clicks.

Easily check Task details and assignees, without opening every task. 

Task status can also be updated inline, from the table or the task details view, instead of going into the full edit flow.

New on the Mobile App: Required Fields, Made Obvious

Faster forms. Fewer mistakes.

Required fields on forms now display a bold, red REQUIRED badge in place of the small red asterisk.

Workers can spot what they still need to complete at a mile away, cutting down on missed fields and rework.

New Mobile App Logo Options

An optional new look is available for the mobile app logo.

Corfix now offers a dark app icon option alongside the classic default.

Available to all customers by reaching out to your CSM or Corfix Support.

Additional Enhancements & Fixes

Forms:

  • Fixed an issue where deleting a template whose only link was a scheduled form hard-deleted the template, leaving a scheduled form with no template in the scheduled forms table. The template is now soft-deleted and remains resolvable from the scheduled forms table.
  • Corrected the "Sent on" field in form details, which showed when a drafted form was created rather than when it was sent for signature.
  • Resolved an issue where a template with required roles set could be filled out but not signed by an external user, leaving them stuck on the sign form page with an indefinite spinner.
  •  Fixed an issue where an external QR code form containing a disclaimer with an image behind a conditional distorted the screen once the conditional was met.

Mobile:

  • Optimized data loading so the asset, project, and template selectors now show an initial set of results quickly and load more automatically as the user scrolls, instead of fetching and rendering 100 items at once. Changing the search input or filter resets the list to the first page.
  • Added better support to offline mode so the new infinite-scroll pagination behaves the same offline as it does online, instead of loading all cached assets and filtering in memory.
  • Fixed an issue on Corfix Mobile where users who created a copy of a form and edited its data were blocked by a "There have been no form changes made" error, preventing the copy from being created. 
  • Resolved long load times (up to 30 seconds) when opening a form via "View and Sign" from the Mobile dashboard, particularly for users without the "Add Form with any Signer" or "View All" permissions on some devices.
  • Fixed an intermittent issue on Corfix Mobile where "filled by both" forms occasionally failed to sign, returning a "Form data is missing" error, especially under high network latency conditions.
  • Fixed an issue where PDF forms could not be viewed on Apple devices in the Corfix app — the viewer opened but never loaded the document — while the same forms opened correctly on Corfix Web and Android. PDFs are now downloaded to the local cache before being handed to the iOS native viewer.
  • Fixed an issue in the Mobile create-form wizard where selecting a template and then reselecting a different one still displayed the first template's form.
  • Fixed an issue where searching the Mobile assets list by asset number or description returned a blank list instead of the matching asset, by evaluating the search fields at query time rather than at module load.
  • Restored the legacy behaviour where the sign button stays pinned to the bottom of the viewport while scrolling a long form, instead of only being reachable at the very end of the form.
  • Fixed an issue where a task's saved due date was shifted to UTC hours when reopened in the date picker for editing, instead of showing the originally intended due date.
  • Fixed an issue where deleted templates remained selectable while creating a form offline, which caused the form to fail to sync with a "Form cannot be created from a deleted template" error once the device came back online. Deleted templates no longer appear in offline template lists.
  • Fixed a gap where the Mobile Edit Task form allowed a task to be saved as "Complete" even when required resolution forms had not been created. 
  • Fixed an issue on iOS 26 where the colour buttons in the image markup tool jumped off-screen, preventing users from changing the markup colour when annotating a photo in a form.
  • Fixed an issue where a worker who received a form for signing did not get the "!" badge on the bell icon until they opened the notifications list.
  • Fixed an issue where on the notification bar was hidden on certain Android devices.

Kiosk:

  • Resolved a looping issue in Kiosk Mode Mobile Timekeeping where workers attempting to sign an incomplete form during punch-in would be repeatedly returned to the signature prompt after submission.

Platform: 

  • Corrected an issue where adding an email to a Kiosk Activated worker account did not revert its status to Pending Activation.

PDFs:

    • Resolved a discrepancy where the Admin UI reported a form as "Complete" for a worker while the generated PDF showed an empty signature line. Missing signature text has been backfilled for affected records, and signing on Mobile is now guarded until account information has loaded. 

    Certifications:

    • Fixed an issue where the worker list stopped paginating when a certification search within a group was re-run, showing only the first page of workers and never loading more on scroll.

    Admins will be able to set new configurations to scheduled forms, including:

    • Set an optional "grace period" (in days) per form
    • Choose what happens when a scheduled form passes the grace period: move to a new "missed" status or auto-delete
    • Filter and report on missed forms in Corfix Reports
    • See exactly who is and isn't compliant on scheduled forms 

    Required Task Fields

    Stop chasing missing photos and notes on tasks.

    Admins can mark task fields like Notes and Photos as Mandatory or Optional. Once set, a task can't move to Completed until every mandatory field is filled in.

    No more manual audits or follow-up messages to get missing compliance data.
