Can I leave a note on a form?

This article summarizes how to add a note to a form through the Corfix Admin.

Overview

Notes are a great way to document additional information on a form without editing the original content. They are particularly useful when using the Form Review process, or when you simply want to leave internal comments and context for other team members.

⚠️ Important: Once a note has been added to a form, it cannot be removed.


How to Add a Note

Follow these steps to add a note to a form:

  1. Navigate to the All Forms page, under Forms.

  2. Select the form you want to add a note to.

  3. Click the Actions button.

  4. Select Add Note from the dropdown menu.


Viewing Notes

Once a note has been added:

  • It will appear in a yellow and red dotted box at the bottom of the form.

  • Each note includes:

    • The name of the person who added it

    • The date and time it was created

    • The note text itself


Best Practices

  • Use notes to record clarifications, review comments, or internal discussions.

  • Keep notes concise and relevant to the form content.

  • Remember that notes are permanent, review your message before saving.
