# How do I change the date format in Corfix?

## This article will summarize how to adjust your web browser settings to display dates in your preferred format throughout the Corfix platform.

#### Important Notes on Formats

While the main Corfix pages will follow your browser settings, there are a few areas that stay the same:

- **PDF Forms:** The top of PDF forms will always show as **30 March 2026**. The signature section at the bottom will always show as **Mon March 30th 2026**.
- **Template Fields:** Dates within form templates are set to a standard **YYYY-MM-DD** format.
- **Specialized Exports:** If you use a specific export for accounting software (other than the **Default Timekeeping Export**), the date format is "locked in" to ensure your accounting software can read the data correctly.
