Corfix Connect: Folks HR Integration

Overview 

Folks HR is an HR platform used to manage employee profiles, onboarding, and workforce information. With Corfix Connect, you can link Folks HR directly to Corfix so that when a new employee is added in Folks HR, their worker profile is automatically created in Corfix. And when a worker leaves, setting their end date in Folks HR automatically blocks them in Corfix too. No duplicate entry, no manual offboarding.

Why It Matters

For teams managing their workforce in Folks HR, setting up and maintaining the same workers in Corfix has traditionally meant entering the same information twice -- and remembering to manually offboard workers when they leave. With this integration, Folks HR serves as the single source of truth. New workers are created in Corfix automatically, and when someone's employment ends, Corfix blocks that worker automatically the moment their end date is set in Folks HR. Your worker list stays accurate without any extra admin work on either end.

How It Works

This is a one-way sync from Folks HR into Corfix. When a new employee profile is created in Folks HR, Corfix Connect pushes that information into Corfix as a new worker profile automatically. When a worker's end date is set in Folks HR, Corfix Connect automatically blocks that worker in Corfix. The sync runs daily.

Things to Know:

Employee Email: Worker email addresses are populated from a custom field in Folks HR. During setup, your team will need to confirm which field in Folks HR holds the worker's email so it maps correctly into Corfix.

Worker Blocking: When a worker's end date is set in Folks HR, Corfix Connect automatically blocks that worker in Corfix. This keeps your active worker list accurate without any manual steps.
