Corfix Connect: HR Integration

This article explains how Corfix Connect can link your HR platform to Corfix, what data can sync between the two systems, and why it matters for your team.

Overview 

Your HR platform is where your workforce lives -- employee profiles, onboarding information, and employment records. With Corfix Connect, you can link your HR platform directly to Corfix so that when a new employee is added, their worker profile is automatically created in Corfix. And when a worker leaves, updating their status in your HR platform can automatically block them in Corfix too. No duplicate entry, no manual offboarding.

Why It Matters

For teams managing their workforce in a dedicated HR platform, setting up and maintaining the same workers in Corfix has traditionally meant entering the same information twice -- and remembering to manually offboard workers when they leave. With this integration, your HR platform serves as the single source of truth. New workers are created in Corfix automatically, and when someone's employment ends, Corfix can block that worker automatically. Your worker list stays accurate without any extra admin work on either end.

How It Works

When a new employee profile is created in your HR system, Corfix Connect pushes that information into Corfix as a new worker profile automatically. When a worker's employment ends, Corfix Connect can automatically block that worker in Corfix. The sync runs daily.

What Data Can Be Synced?

The exact fields and frequency for syncing data depends on what is supported by your HR platform. The fields below are what are typically able to be synced, but this will be verified depending on the platform you are using.
