Corfix Connect: LMS Integration
This article explains how Corfix Connect can link your Learning Management System (LMS) to Corfix, what data can sync between the two platforms, and why it matters for your team.
Overview
A Learning Management System (LMS) is a platform used to deliver, track, and manage worker training and assessments. If your company runs safety courses, onboarding programs, or compliance exams through an LMS, Corfix Connect can link that platform to Corfix so that completed training and passed exams flow directly into your workers' certification records -- automatically.
Why It Matters
For teams managing safety training through an LMS, keeping certification records current in Corfix has traditionally meant someone manually pulling results and uploading them. With this integration, that handoff happens automatically every day. Worker certifications in Corfix stay up to date, compliance gaps are easier to spot, and your admin team spends less time on data entry.
How It Works
This is a one-way sync from your LMS into Corfix. When a worker completes a course or passes an exam in your LMS, Corfix Connect picks up that result and uploads it to the worker's certification profile in Corfix automatically. The sync runs daily.
No data flows from Corfix back into your LMS.
What Data Can Be Synced?
The exact fields and frequency for syncing data depends on what is supported by the LMS platform. The fields below are what are typically able to be synced, but this will be verified depending on the LMS platform you are using.
| DATA | DIRECTION |
| Passed Exam/Course Results | LMS → Corfix |
| Course, Exam, or Certification Name | LMS → Corfix |
| Date Completed | LMS → Corfix |
| Worker ID | LMS → Corfix |
| Image of Certificate | LMS → Corfix |
