With Corfix Connect, you can link Salesforce directly to Corfix so that when an Opportunity reaches the appropriate stage, a corresponding project is automatically created in Corfix — eliminating manual setup and ensuring alignment between sales and operations. --- #### Why It Matters For teams managing their pipeline in Salesforce, transitioning a deal from “won” to active project often requires manual project creation in downstream systems. This creates delays, inconsistencies, and duplicate work. With this integration, once an Opportunity reaches a designated stage in Salesforce, a project is automatically created in Corfix in real time. This ensures your operations and field teams have immediate access to accurate project information without any manual data entry. --- #### How It Works This is a **one-way sync from Salesforce into Corfix**. Salesforce acts as the initial system of record. When an Opportunity stage is updated toa designated stage, Corfix Connect can automatically create a corresponding project in Corfix using predefined field mappings. Key behaviors: - Project creation is triggered when an Opportunity moves toa designated stage, whether manually or via Salesforce automation. - Duplicate detection prevents projects from being created more than once. - Sync occurs in **real time**.
