The Corfixer is available outside of regular support hours — after 6 PM EST and before 6 AM EST, or when ever a human agent isn't avaialble. That means you’ll always have access to support, 24/7.


3. What kind of questions can the Corfixer answer?

The Corfixer can help with:

  • Navigation and “how-to” questions about Corfix

  • Troubleshooting common issues

  • Explaining features and settings

  • Directing you to helpful articles in the Corfix Guide


4. What if the Corfixer can’t solve my issue?

If your question requires human expertise, the Corfixer will automatically escalate your request. You’ll be connected to a live support agent as soon as we’re back online.


5. Can I still talk to a human directly?

Yes! During regular support hours (6 AM – 6 PM EST), you can use Live Chat or the Support Form to reach our team directly.


6. Why did we introduce the Corfixer?

As Corfix grows, we want to ensure you always have access to support, even outside of working hours. The Corfixer helps bridge the gap, offering instant answers while ensuring complex issues are quickly routed to our team.


7. How do I access the Corfixer?

You can access the Corfixer directly from the Support Chat in your Admin Portal. Simply open the chat and the Corfixer will be there to assist you when our agents are offline.


8. Where does the Corfixer get its information?

The Corfixer is powered by the HubSpot AI chatbot, which is connected to our Corfix Guide. It uses the same documentation, guides, and knowledge base our team relies on to give you accurate, up-to-date answers.


9. How accurate is the Corfixer?

The Corfixer is trained on our documentation, product knowledge, and common customer issues. In most cases, it provides accurate answers within seconds. However, no AI is perfect — sometimes it may misunderstand a question or provide outdated/incomplete information.

That’s why:

  • You can always escalate to a human agent if the response doesn’t fully resolve your issue.

  • We encourage you to double-check critical details before making important decisions.

  • We regularly monitor and improve the Corfixer’s accuracy with customer feedback.
