What is the difference between a Template and a Form?

This article will describe the difference between Templates and Forms.

Templates are the framework of the Forms that are sent out to workers in the field. When you go to send out a Form in the field you will be choosing from your list of Templates that have been created.

For example, an Incident Report Template would have fields for the date, your name, name of supervisor, list of witnesses, and description of the incident. When you create a Form using this Template you'll fill all the fields with information specific to this one event.

You can think of Templates as a sheet with all the questions, and Forms as that same sheet with all the questions answered.
