[Template Settings](https://knowledge.corfix.com/articles/template-builder-tutorials?hsLang=en#template-settings) July 8, 2026 # Filled Title ## This article summarizes the configuration options for the Filled Title field in the Corfix Template Builder, including supported templating variables and best practices for naming submitted forms.   **What It Does:** Defines the naming convention for each submitted form, ensuring documents are consistently labeled for easy identification and retrieval. **Supported Variables:**   To ensure your titles work correctly, use only the variables available directly in **Corfix.** In the template builder, click the tooltip (?) beside **\*\*Filled Title\*\*** under **\*\*Show Options\*\*** to view the supported variables. Do not copy variables from this guide, as they will not function in the app. You can dynamically insert the following variables in your form titles: ``` - { projectName }: Inserts the project’s official name. ```   ``` - { projectNumber }: Inserts the unique project reference number. ```   ``` - { sentBy }: Automatically displays the name of the user who submitted the form. ```   ``` - { docNumber }: Provides the document’s unique identifier for clear version control. ```   ``` - { sentAt(YYYY-MM-DD) }: Auto-fills the exact date of submission, formatted as year-month-day. ```   **Example:** ``` A dynamic title such as { projectName } - Daily Report - { sentAt(YYYY-MM-DD) } will appear on your forms as “Corfix Tower - Daily Report - 2024-12-24”, making tracking and auditing straightforward. ```   **Best Practice:** Leverage dynamic titles by incorporating project-specific and time-stamped variables.
