[Scheduling](https://knowledge.corfix.com/articles/corfix-admins?hsLang=en#scheduling) July 14, 2026 # How do I filter my schedule on the mobile app? ## Use Refine Search By to narrow your schedule list by group, project, or worker. **Quick answer** Tap the filter icon on the mobile Scheduling screen to open **Refine Search By**, then narrow the list by **Group**, **Project**, or **Worker**, and tap **Save**. **Overview** When your schedule list has a lot in it, **Refine Search By** lets you cut it down to just what you're looking for — a specific project, a specific worker group, or a specific person — instead of scrolling through everything. **Before you begin** - Filtering your schedule is available to **field workers** on the **mobile app**. **Steps** 1. **Open the Scheduling screen** from the mobile app. 2. **Tap the filter icon** to open **Refine Search By**. 3. **Choose a Group filter**, or leave it on **All Groups**. 4. **Choose a Project filter**, or leave it on **All Projects**. 5. **Choose a Worker filter**, or leave it on **All Workers**. 6. **Tap Save** to apply the filter, or **Cancel** to back out without changes. **Use cases** - **Focusing on one project:** filter down to a single project when you only care about that site's schedule. - **Checking a specific crew:** filter by group to see just that crew's assignments. **Troubleshooting** **My filtered list is empty.** Check that the combination of Group, Project, and Worker you selected actually has matching schedule entries — an overly narrow combination can return nothing. **How do I clear the filter?** Reopen **Refine Search By** and set each option back to **All Groups**, **All Projects**, and **All Workers**, then tap **Save**. -
