How Can I Add New Training Certifications to My Account?

This article explains how to upload new training Certifications to your profile using the Corfix mobile app.

 

✅ Prerequisites

  • You must be logged into the Corfix mobile app.

  • Have a photo or digital copy of your certification ready to upload.


🛠️ Steps to Add a New Certification

  1. Open the Menu

    • Tap the hamburger menu (☰) at the top right of your screen.

  2. Access Your Account

    • Tap your name at the top of the menu to open your Account Details.

  3. View Certifications

    • Tap View My Certifications.

  4. Start a New Certification

    • Tap the green plus (+) icon in the top right corner.

  5. Enter Certification Details

    • Fill in all the required fields on the Add New Certification page. This includes:

      • Certification Type (required)

      • Start Date (if applicable)

      • Expiration Date (if applicable)

      • Add any other relevant details as Notes

  6. Upload a copy of Your Certification

    • Tap Add A File at the bottom of the page to attach an image or file of your certification.

  7. Submit Your Certification

    • Review the information for accuracy, then tap Add New Certification to save it to your profile.


🧪 Expected Result

Your new certification will appear in your profile and be visible to administrators, helping keep your training up to date.


💡 Tips

  • Make sure your uploaded image is clear and legible.

  • You can update or delete certifications at any time from the same View My Certifications screen.
