How Can I Assign a Pay Rate to a Worker Account?

Purpose: This article walks administrators through assigning or updating a Worker’s pay rate in Corfix.

✅ Prerequisites

  • You must have Admin permissions in Corfix.

  • Pay rates must be set up in your account before assigning them to Workers.


🛠️ Steps to Assign a Pay Rate

  1. Open the Workers Tab

    • From the side navigation panel, click Resources.

    • From the sub-tabs that appear, select Workers.

  2. Find the Worker

    • Use the search bar at the top left to find the Worker you want to update.

  3. Open Worker Details

    • Click on the Worker’s name to open their Worker Details page.

  4. Edit Account Details

    • Click the pencil icon to the right of the Account Details header.

  5. Assign a Pay Rate

    • Scroll down to the Pay Rate field.

    • Click the dropdown and select the pay rate you want to assign.

  6. Save Changes

    • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

  7. Repeat as Needed

    • Repeat steps 2–6 for any additional Workers.


🧪 Expected Result

The selected Pay Rate is now assigned to the Worker and will apply to their time entries.


 

💡 Tips

  • If you don’t see the Pay Rate you need, you may need to create it first in your Pay Rate settings.

  • Double-check that the correct Worker is selected before saving changes.
