How do I change my login email or account password? (Admin)

This article will summarize the steps required to update your login credentials directly within your account settings.

 

⚠️ Important Note: * Privacy & Security: For your protection, once your account is active, an Administrator cannot change your email for you. You must follow the steps below to update it yourself.

Keeping your login information up to date ensures you always have access to your work and receive important notifications. Whether you have a new email address or simply want to update your password for better security, you can manage both of these settings from the My Account Details section of your profile.

How It Works (Step-by-Step)

Updating your information is a quick process that takes less than a minute. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account through the Corfix admin on your computer.

  2. On the left-hand menu, click on My Account Details.

  3. Look for the Pencil Icon located to the right of the "My Account Details" header.

  4. To Change Your Email: * Highlight and delete your old email address.

    • Type in your new email address.

  5. To Change Your Password: * Locate the Reset your Password  section(found on this same screen).

    • Push the Send Verification Code button.

  6. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Note: The next time you log in, you will use your new email (if changed) and your password to access the system.
