How do I change a worker’s status from Active for Kiosk to Active?

Change a worker’s status from Active for Kiosk to Active in the Corfix Admin Portal.

⚠️ Important Note:

  • If the worker is linked to a Timekeeping Pay Rate, you will not be able to create timecards for them until they have completed the activation process.

  • Do not add an email address if you require immediate timekeeping data from the worker.

From the Corfix Admin (Web) Portal, first navigate to the Workers tab:

  1. In the left side menu, click on the Resources dropdown.

  2. Select Workers.

  3. Choose the worker whose status you’d like to change.

On the Worker Details page:

  1. Scroll down to the Email Address field and enter their email address.

  2. Click Save.

➡️ The worker’s status will automatically change from Active for Kiosk to Pending Email Verification.
➡️ Once the worker completes their account activation via email, their status will automatically update to Active.
