How do I change permissions for Chat?

This article will explain how to change permissions on Chat such as viewing Chats and creating Group Chats.

Step 1 : Click on My Account Details

Step 2 : Click on Manage Roles

Step 3 : Click on the underscored Role Name to view permission settings

Step 4 : Toggle "mobile app access" on/off to determine if the Chat menu can be viewed in the app.  

Step 5 : Scroll down to View Chat and expand the drop-down menu to determine if Group Chats can be created. 

Step 6 : Click Save to submit your changes
