When a Task is assigned to you a notification will pop up on your phone. Follow the steps below to resolve it. 1\. Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner and choose "Dashboard" 2\. Find the Task on your Dashboard 3\. Select the task to complete 3\. Add a task note and then tap on "Actions". 4\. Select "Save & Accept" to show you have acknowledged the Task. 5\. Complete the Task! 6\. Once you have completed the Task, leave a note (this field is required) and then select "Actions" and "Save & Complete". 7\. If any resolution forms are needed, simply go into Actions and select "Create Resolution Form." You will then be prompted to create the necessary form(s). (What is a resolution form?
