How do I configure my notification settings?

This article will show you how to configure your notifications on the admin and mobile app.

 

Notification Types:

1. Email notification

- The notification will be sent to the email that is associated with your Corfix account

2. Mobile push notification

- The notification will pop up on your mobile device (similar to a text message pop up)

3. In-App notification

- The notification will only show in the Corfix app under the notifications tab

Note that if you are clicking a link through an email notification on a iOS device, you will need to open it using Safari.

 

FOR MOBILE APP USERS:

Follow these steps to configure your notification settings on the mobile app:

1. Click on the menu button in the top right of the dashboard (three horizontal lines)

2. Click on your name at the top of the menu

3. Click "Edit Notification Settings" at the bottom of the page

4. Click on each field to customize your notifications and click Save at the bottom

Note that if you do not have Mobile Push or Email selected, it will default to an in-app notification only. 

 

FOR ADMIN USERS:

1. Click on "My Account Details" from the left side menu

3. Click on each section to configure your notification settings and then click Save at the bottom
