The following steps will assist you to create a form for the project you are working on through your Corfix mobile app.
1). Open your Corfix app on your mobile device. This will open up to your Dashboard.
2). On the bottom of the app you will see an Icon like a page of paper between the pie Icon and the circle with a check. Select the Icon with the squiggles and it will open to your Forms page.
3). At the top of the page beside Forms, use the + button in the circle to access your New form page. From here, search or choose the project you are working on.
4). Once you choose the project, you can search for the particular form you are looking for or select it from your recent forms. From here you can fill out the form and send for signature or sign off yourself.
