You can edit your Notifications preferences on the admin by following the path below;
My Account Details>Edit My Notification Settings
The notification settings in Corfix allow users to control how they receive updates and alerts related to forms, tasks, certifications, schedules, and resources. Users can typically choose between; Email, Mobile Push/In-App Notifications, or both.
Available Notification Types
Forms

New Form (Signature): Alerts when a new form requiring signature is created.

Incomplete Form: Notifies when a form is incomplete.

Form Change: Updates users about changes made to an existing form.

Form Review – Flagged Field: Notifies in-app when a field within a form has been flagged.

Form Review – Flagged Template: In-app alert for a flagged form template.

Scheduled Form: Notifies when a form is scheduled.

Outstanding Form: Reminder for outstanding or pending forms.
Certifications

My Certification Upcoming Expiry: Alerts about upcoming expiry dates for user certifications.

Scheduling

Schedule Assignment: Notification for a newly assigned schedule.

Notification Delivery Options

Mobile Push: Sends real-time alerts directly to the user’s mobile device.

Email: Sends updates to the user’s email inbox.

In-App Notifications Only: Notifications appear only within the Corfix platform (no push or email).
User Control
Each notification type can be individually configured. Users may select their preferred delivery method(s) depending on the urgency and importance of the update. For example, critical items like New Tasks or Punch-out Reminders may be best suited for Mobile Push, while less urgent items can be kept as In-App Notifications Only.
