How do I delete or leave a chat on Desktop?

This article will explain how to send a chat message, delete a chat or leave a chat in your Admin Portal on Desktop.

To Delete a Chat, follow the steps below

Step 1: Navigate to the Chat using the left-hand side menu

Step 2 : Scroll over the Chat you want to delete. A trashcan icon will appear.

Step 3 : Confirm your choice by clicking Delete.

To Leave a Chat, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to the Chat using the left-hand side menu

Step 2 : Select the Chat you are looking to leave

Step 3 : Click on the circled "i" icon on the top right corner to see your Chat's details page

Step 4 : Click on "Leave" to leave the chat and confirm your choice.
