(Admin) How do I set up Scheduled Forms?

This article will show you how to set up Scheduled Forms in the Admin.

 

Once a Scheduled Form is set up the Worker attached to the Schedule will get a notification and a form will appear on their dashboard, in the Outstanding status. You as an admin will also be able to see the Outstanding Form on the Admin. It is good practice to monitor these Outstanding Forms carefully as they can pile up over time which will create a lot of unnecessary data in your account. Be sure to delete Schedules as they become redundant and keep up with your Workers to fill out their Forms as they pop up.

 

Step 1: Go to the All Forms page.

Step 2: This will bring you to the Scheduled Forms Page.

Step 3: Select the Add button.

Step 4: Now fill out the information as required.

Template: What Template do you want this Worker to fill out on a regular basis.

Due At: Select the first Due Date that this process will start on. Also don't forget to choose the time of day.

Worker: Select one Worker you would like to have this Scheduled Form sent to.

Project: Select the Project this form will be filled out for.

Recurrence: Select how often this form needs to be filled out in the field.

  • Daily: Every day at the due at time
  • Weekly: Every week on the same weekday at the same time
  • Monthly Date: Every month on the same date
  • Monthly Day: Every month on the same week and weekday (example: first Monday of every month)
