This article will summarize how to set up time card approval.
This feature is only on the Admin. You can set permissions for who can approve time cards, and allow for your supervisors/foremen/project managers to go in and approve time cards that have been submitted by Workers.
Follow these steps to set up time card approval:
Step 1: Click on "Timekeeping" from the left side menu and then click on "Settings" in the top right
Step 2: Toggle on "Require Time Approval" and click "Save" at the bottom
Step 3: Go to "My Account Details" from the left side menu and then click on "Manage Roles"
Step 4: Select the role you would like to have approve the timecards. Once you have selected the roll, you will need to scroll down to "Timekeeping Permissions" and toggle on "Review Time Cards
