This article will show you how to share your forms with a General Contractor (GC) who uses Corfix.
Note that the permission must be turned on in your Role to Share Forms with GC (this permission is under the Forms section).
Follow these steps to share a form to a GC:
Step 1: Go to your Forms page and click "Choose Action" beside the form you want to share or click into the form and click "Actions"
OR
Step 2: Click "Share Form With GC" and it will share directly to the GC's account.
Once you have shared a form with a GC, you cannot reverse the action.
If you make a change to a form you already shared with the GC, you can update that form in the GC's account by clicking the "Choose Action" dropdown beside the form or by clicking the "Actions" dropdown when inside the form. From that dropdown you can select "Update Shared Form".
