Email Paystub Delivery Overview (Corfix Payroll)
Corfix now makes it easier for your team to access paystubs. Employees can automatically receive their paystub by email one day before payday — no passwords required.
This update ensures paystubs are easy to open while maintaining security by only sending them to verified email addresses.
How It Works
When your payroll is processed, Corfix will:

Generate paystubs for each worker.

Send each paystub as a PDF to the worker’s verified email address.

Email a summary report to the payroll administrator showing which paystubs were successfully sent.
If a worker’s email isn’t found, their paystub won’t be sent, and that information will appear in the admin summary report.
