Flag Potential Conflicts is a Timekeeping setting that acts as an automated alert system for your timecards. When it's turned on, Corfix automatically highlights time entries that look inconsistent or out of the ordinary, so you can give them a second look before they affect payroll.

A common example is a worker clocking in or out far from the project site they're assigned to. When the setting is off, time entries are recorded as usual and nothing is flagged automatically.

With the setting turned on, Corfix watches for time entries that don't line up with what you'd expect and brings them to your attention — for example, a clock-in or clock-out recorded a long way from the designated project site. Flagged entries are surfaced so you can review and confirm them rather than having them slip through unnoticed.
