This article will show you how to manage your certifications.
Extremely easy! We have made the Certification tab to accomplish this with its simple and organized layout.
Certifications Overview: This is a visual representation of all the statuses of worker certifications. Here you can view:
- Pending: This status is shown when a worker in the field uploads a certification. Admins will need to approve these.
- Approved: This status is shown for all certifications that have been approved and are up to date.
- Declined: This status is shown when an Admin has declined a certification that a worker has input from the field.
- Expired: This status is shown when a certification expires and action needs to be taken, by admin or worker.
- Expires Soon: This status is shown when a certification is nearing expiration, and action needs to be taken. This status will automatically be displayed 4 weeks before the expiry date of the certification.
The certification chart is completely dynamic. You can click on a certain colour or status and the chart, as well as the table below, will filter.
