This article will summarize the product update slated for release on March 6th, 2023. Lots of cool new things we're excited to show off!
UI Changes
New Navigation UI Mobile
The Corfix mobile is now easier to navigate. We have taken your feedback, and redesigned the look and feel of the Corfix app so your top priority and most used functions are easier to find. The navigation bar at the bottom features five icons, one each for Dashboard, Forms, Tasks, Punch Clock/Time Card, and Notifications. If a user doesn't have access to one or more of those features, they will be omitted from the navigation bar.
New Navigation UI Admin
The Admin has also received a redesign. We have added new icons for the features and condensed the menu items. This has been done to clean up the look and group menu items together -- for example, under Resources you will find Projects, Workers, Certification, and Binders.
Timecard Hours Now in Hours and Minutes
Time card hours are now displayed in hours and minutes. This will make it easier for all users to read and understand the hours within Corfix. (Don't worry the hours will still export in decimal form for payroll purposes.)
Features
Markup on Android
Apple devices have this feature already so it's only fair that Android gets it as well! You can now mark up pictures within Corfix on Android devices. This can be done across the app where ever you can add a picture.
Pay Rate Rules
You will now be able to set more in-depth rules for timekeeping. These rules will allow you to set times when overtime is supposed to kick in, like on weekends or if hours reach a set threshold on the day.
Stay Logged In on Corfix Mobile App
You will now always stay logged into Corfix on your phone. Log in once and you'll have fast, uninterrupted access until you manually logout of the app.
Required Notes / Cost Codes
Cost Codes and Notes/Attachments can be hidden if your company doesn’t use them, or you can make them a required field to ensure they’re filled out before a time card can be submitted.
Monthly and Semi-Monthly Pay Periods
We've added month and semi-monthly options for pay period, in addition to the weekly and bi-weekly options which previously existed.
Recalculating Timecard Hours in Admin
Total hours will now automatically recalculate when you edit the start/end times. 
Punch in/Out Rounding to nearest "X"
Toggle on and off if you would like to have the time rounded to the nearest, based on your customized "Round Punch Times (to the minute)" setting. This will allow for you to provide a little more lenience for your workers when punching in and out.
Template builder preview
We have improved the template builder preview to better show how forms appear when accessed on a mobile device. This will give you a better sense of what the workers will see and will set you up to create the best templates.
Certifications have moved on Corfix mobile
Your personal certs have moved to the My Account section in your Corfix mobile app. This will give our certs their own section and make it easier for you to find them.
