Acumatica Integration
Our Acumatica Integration has gotten an upgrade! If you use Acumatica or are thinking of using Acumatica, please contact your CSM to discuss next steps on how to get this set with your Acumatica VAR! Your Customer Success Manager can be contacted through the Success Center (the yellow heart in the top left of the Corfix Admin).
In summary you can now integrated with the following;
Bi Directional
- Projects
- Workers
Corfix -> Acumatica (One Way)
- Project Notes
- Timecards
- Forms
Filtered Totals for Timekeeping
When filtering the Time Cards Grouped By Project and Time Cards Grouped By Worker tables in Timekeeping, the tables will now keep the totals row at the top of the table. This will help easily identify the total for the Group you filtered for. This is extremly useful if you are wanting to sum up a crew's total hours for the pay period or if you are reconciling your labour hours in Corfix with your Payroll system.
Display Timestamp on Location Pins (Timekeeping)
This feature requires you to have the Track While Punched In setting toggled on. Here is the article to get you set up if you want to start taking advantage of this feature.
You will now be able to see exactly when workers leave site in case they are to forget to punch out. This will help you find answers quickly to finalize timecards when reviewing, saving you time! You can view the timestamps by clicking on the yellow pins in the timecard. This feature will also give you a clearer view into where the worker has been throughout the day in case you are using Corfix to help track driving routes from jobsite to jobsite.
Pay Period Overtime (OT) Threshold
Bi Weekly and Semi Monthly OT thershold configurations are here! You can now set your overtime thresholds on any of the following overtime rules;
- Daily
- Weekly
- Bi Weekly (NEW)
- Semi Monthly (NEW)
- Monthly (NEW)
Once you have the Pay Period properly configured you can go to your Pay Rates in Timekeeping Settings to set up your Overtime Rules.
Once in the Pay Rate configurations, you can set your OT and Doubletime (DT) rules. The below example has an 80 hour Bi Weekly OT threshold.
