My access is denied, why can't I log in?

Here are some common reasons you may be unable to log into Corfix:

  • Missing Admin Access
  • Forgotten password
  • Required Corfix app update
  • Incorrect login credentials

Admin Access Troubleshooting

If you see the message “Admin access is restricted, please reach out to your Corfix admin” when attempting to log into Corfix through your web browser, it means your user role does not currently have Admin Access enabled. Contact your company’s Corfix admin to request access. If your role allows, you may still be able to access Corfix through the mobile app, available for both Apple and Android devices.

If you are an admin and have accidentally removed your own access, please ask another team member with admin permissions to restore your access. Corfix employees cannot be change permissions on your behalf due to security reasons.

Forgotten Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot your password?” link on either the web login page or within the Corfix mobile app and follow the recovery instructions provided.

App Update Required

Corfix supports older app versions for up to three months. If more than three months have passed since your last update, you’ll see a prompt requiring you to update the app before continuing. For optimal performance and security, always update your Corfix app as soon as updates are released.

Incorrect Credentials

If you are logging in for the first time, double-check that your email and password are entered correctly. If you are unsure which credentials to use—such as whether your company registered you with your work email or personal email—please contact your office to confirm your login details.
