This article explains how to reset a worker who is stuck in the 'Pending Email Verification' status.
This status usually occurs when there’s a mistake in the email address or if the worker's email has changed, preventing them from receiving the activation email.
To reset the worker, follow these steps from the Workers page (found in the left-side menu):
Step 1: Locate the worker with the 'Pending Email Verification' status and click Choose Action on the right.
Step 2: Select Deactivate from the dropdown menu.
The worker’s status will now change to Pending Account Activation.
From here follow the steps to set the worker to an "Active for Kiosk" status.

Steps to Edit Worker Profile

Deactivate the worker.

Edit the profile.

Remove the email address from the email field.

Paste the email into the Notes section for reference.

Save the profile changes.

Reactivate the worker.

If a worker does not have an email on their account, they will be reactivated as “Active for Kiosk.”

In this state, workers can still sign off on forms using another person’s device, without needing to log into Corfix on their own phone.
