My Worker is stuck in pending email verification, how do I reset them?

This article will show you how to reset your worker if they are in a 'Pending Email Verification' status.

Typically someone will need to be reset in "Pending Email Verification" because their email has changed or there was a mistake entering the email and they cannot receive the activation email.

Follow these steps to reset your worker from a 'Pending Email Verification' status:

All of the steps are from the 'Workers' page from the left side menu.

Step 1: While the worker is in a 'Pending Email Verification' status you can click 'Choose Action' on the right.

Step 2: From the 'Choose Action' dropdown click 'Deactivate'

This will put the worker back to 'Pending Account Activation'. From here you can edit or remove their email and then you can click 'Activate' when you are ready.
