This article explains how to reset a worker who is stuck in the 'Pending Email Verification' status.
This status usually occurs when there’s a mistake in the email address or if the worker's email has changed, preventing them from receiving the activation email.
To reset the worker, follow these steps from the Workers page (found in the left-side menu):
Step 1: Locate the worker with the 'Pending Email Verification' status and click Choose Action on the right.
Step 2: Select Deactivate from the dropdown menu.
The worker’s status will now change to Pending Account Activation. From here, you can edit or remove the email address as needed. Once the correct information is entered, click Activate to resend the activation process.
