      Payroll Enhancements

      Payroll just got a couple of major power-ups designed to save you time and reduce reconciliation headaches:

      NEW! Year-to-Date (YTD) Report 

      Get a complete snapshot of payroll activity from the start of the calendar year up to your chosen date range. No more chasing data across fragmented exports and manual data wrangling — just one report that consolidates everything into one tidy view for faster audits, reviews, and peace of mind.

      POPULAR! Stacked Payroll Register Report 

      One report that consolidates views for multiple payroll runs, because scrolling through five different spreadsheets to find one discrepancy shouldn’t be anyone’s Friday afternoon. This streamlined view speeds up reviews, simplifies reconciliation, and helps you quickly pinpoint issues.

      Bug Fixes & Additional Enhancements


      • Forms:

        • Added support for HEIC image uploads on Web and Android.

        • Improved handling of sign-off status under poor network conditions to ensure forms are accurately marked as “Signed.”

        • Adjusted redirect logic after creating or saving a form under weak connectivity to properly return users to the forms list.
        • Updated behavior when required fields are incomplete and “Attach Asset to Form” is enabled to redirect correctly back to the form for completion.
        • Improved modal placement for Select Box components with “Modal Edit” enabled to display near the selected element.
        • Improved edit permissions for signers in “Filled by Both” forms, allowing them to modify their assigned sections.

      • Mobile: Fixed project address link on iOS that prevented addresses from opening in maps.

      • Tasks: Resolved an issue where creating a task within a form component on mobile could generate duplicate tasks.

      • Dashboard: Addressed duplicate form entries that could appear when scrolling rapidly under low bandwidth.

      • Web: Fixed stylesheet caching issues following deployments to ensure proper CSS loading without manual refresh.

      • Assets:

        • Added pagination for Asset Types beyond the first 100 entries to enable full access to all asset types. 

        • Updated “Select All” and “Unselect All” functionality to work consistently when retired assets are present.

      • API:

        • Resolved potential infinite loop scenarios in resource groups caused by circular dependencies.

        • Adjusted cron job weekday logic to ensure scheduled tasks (e.g., certification and incomplete form notifications) execute on the intended days.

      • Timekeeping: Corrected weekend hour categorization in exports to accurately reflect regular and overtime hours.

      • Worker Profiles: Fixed an issue where clearing a worker’s Date of Birth did not remove the stored value.
