New Form Version History & Added Reviewer Details

Now you have even richer insights into your forms!

With this release, you can easily view and manage form changes by reviewing and comparing previous PDF versions. Admins can also select what workflow they want for form changes: re-sign (current signers are all required to re-sign), prompt for re-sign (user can select if re-signing is needed), notification only (all signers get notice but no re-sign needed), or none.    

You can also see exactly who reviewed a completed form and when they did it. This gives admins and safety teams clear accountability and an auditable trail for templates that require review, like incident reports. It reduces follow-up work and strengthens compliance by making every review visible and verifiable.

 

New Mobile App Updates: Improved User Experience

We're making it faster and simpler for crews to complete daily forms and access critical information.

Our refreshed mobile upgrade includes:

  • New card styling
  • Floating action buttons in forms
  • Enhanced bottom navigation
We're evolving our mobile app towards a minimal click experience. Our focus on the mobile app ensures everything workers need is accessible in just a few taps. 

More Intuitive Binder Search

Binders just got easier -- Workers are now able to search across all sub-binders from upper levels to quickly find exactly what they are looking for.

Spend less time digging for information, and more time on the work you need to focus on. 

Payroll Enhancements

NEW! Integrations to QuickBooks & Xero

A new “Integrations” tab in Corfix Payroll lets clients connect their payroll data directly to Xero or QuickBooks Online, making accounting workflows easier.

NEW! T4 and RL-1 Preview Report

New downloadable T4 and RL-1 preview reports are live in the portal to help identify and correct amount discrepancies early. 

Early reviews help catch discrepancies before filing, reduce last-minute corrections, and make year-end processing smoother.

EI, CPP/QPP and QPIP Balance Report

Review EI, CPP/QPP, and QPIP payment balances over time to track contribution maximums and confirm amounts are calculated correctly. Monitoring balances early prevents surprises, confirms contributions are correct, and makes year-end reconciliation smoother.

Note: Corfix Payroll is currently available to customers located in Canada.

Additional Enhancements & Fixes

  • Forms:

    • Corrected an issue where users were still prompted for a signature on mobile forms even after explicitly unticking themselves as a signer on the "Add Signers" page.
    • Fixed an issue where, under certain unusual network conditions, the mobile autosave feature would incorrectly create multiple new form drafts instead of continuously updating the single current draft.
    • Fixed a bug where the "Filled By" value in a form's title would become undefined after editing a form originally filled by an external signer.

  • Mobile: 

    • Addressed a critical issue preventing users on iOS 16.3 and older versions from launching the Corfix app, which previously resulted in a blue or white screen upon login.
    • Resolved a visual glitch on mobile where the QR Code icon in the navigation bar would sometimes incorrectly transform into other icons when navigating through the app.

  • Tasks:

    • Fixed a bug on mobile where the "Select Project" modal would incorrectly appear twice when creating a new task, forcing users to make the selection twice.

  • Reports: 

    • Corrected an issue preventing form components placed inside tables from appearing as reportable options, even when the reportable setting was enabled
  • Timekeeping:
    • Implemented a tooltip on timecards that displays the name of the user who created the timecard, visible when the creator is different from the worker associated with the timecard.
    • Resolved an issue where punch-out reminder notifications were not being sent to workers.
  • Emails:
    • Resolved an issue where completing a form on mobile in a high-latency network environment could result in multiple submission emails being sent to recipients instead of just one.
  • Payroll:
    • Added the ability to capture and update a company's CRA Remitter Type within the Business Entity model.
    • New Benefit Types: Support added for Debt Relief Benefit and Member Funded Pension Plans (MFPP).
    • Goodbye to Redundant Employee Details: We've consolidated the duplicate fields for the "Employee Personal Details" section from the employee profile in Payroll, centralizing personal details management in the Corfix Worker Profile. Payroll-specific information such as SIN and banking information will continue to live in the Payroll component.
    • Fixed an issue where new pay rates for employees with expired previous rates failed to sync and create properly in Corfix Payroll.
    • Addressed an issue where unarchiving a worker and then editing their pay rate in Corfix Payroll would not create a new pay rate, particularly when an `effective_to` date had been previously set.

Asset Types on Templates

Stronger asset selection controls on forms are on the way! 

Admins will be able to define which asset types appear on a form and whether workers must select one. This reduces noise in the field, speeds up submissions, and improves data quality across equipment-related workflows.

More Enhancements to the Mobile App User Experience

We're continuing to improve our mobile app towards a minimal click experience. We will be improving with a streamlined navigation and better workflows for punch in/out, switching jobs and cost codes, and time cards.

The result: higher adoption, fewer errors, and more time spent getting work done safely on site.

Payroll Termination & Rehire Workflow

A streamlined workflow for managing workers in Corfix Payroll. Terminating or re-hiring employees triggers the right downstream actions automatically where we can, making transitions faster, with fewer steps and manual errors.

Timekeeping Export to ADP Run

We’re adding a new timekeeping export for ADP Run. Teams will be able to pull Corfix time data in a compatible format, cutting down manual entry and speeding up processing.
