Here are the questions that came from our attendees;

  1. Does the original JHA (or other form) remain available after a version change to show a time progression of additions? Where does the original version go, and is version history important?

    • Answer: The original form will remain in place and accessible. A new version (e.g., version 2) is created and becomes the active/live version, preserving the full version history for tracking updates and changes over time.

  2. How does the comparison of previous and new documents work on the mobile platform?

    • Answer: The form comparison feature is available on the administrator (admin) side of Corfix, not in the Corfix mobile application.

  3. If there is a large group of names, is it possible to sort them alphabetically?

    • Answer: Yes, it is possible to sort a large group of names alphabetically.

  4. How does the form review process work with version updates? If a form requires review, does the new version automatically require review again after a change or update?

    • Answer: The workflow will remain the same. This workflow applies whether a form is Incomplete, Complete, or Pending Review, and regardless of the Form Version Action that has been configured.

Form Customization and Features

  1. Do features differ between the desktop and mobile versions, or are they the same?

    • Answer: Yes, there are differences. More advanced and administrative features are available on the admin (desktop/web) side of the platform compared to the mobile application. For exmaple, you can view the Form Versions on the Corfix Admin, but not on the Corfix app.

  2. Is it possible for a client to do any form customization (e.g., specific to a trade), or does Corfix have to do it?

    • Answer: Clients have the ability to manage and customize their own templates. Alternatively, the Corfix team can be engaged to make template modifications as required.
