      Rate Cost Code vs Fixed Cost Code - What is the difference?

      Corfix currently supports two different types of cost codes in the Timekeeping feature. Rate cost codes and Fixed cost codes.

      Fixed Cost Code Rate Cost Code

      Fixed cost codes can be assigned a value (example: Worker did an 8 hour shift and 2 of the hours of that shift need to be tagged to cost code - General Labour

       

      Rate costs codes are assigned to a timecard but a value cannot be set to the cost code.
