From the main dashboard, navigate to **Forms** → **Templates**. 2. **Locate the Template** - Find the template you want to restrict (e.g., Health and Safety *Policy*). 3. **Open Template Options** - Click **Show Options** on the right side of the template’s name. 4. **Set Required Role** - In the options menu, look for **Required Role**. - Choose the role(s) that should have access (e.g., *Managers*, *Supervisors*, *Admins*). - This setting ensures that only users with the selected role(s) can see or use the template. 5. **Save Changes** -
