Workers can also access their individual ROEs through their [My Service Canada Account (MSCA)](https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/services/my-account.html). If you need Viewer access to retrieve and provide ROEs to workers, contact Corfix Support and include the following information for the designated representative: \- Contact Name:  \- User Reference Number (found on the Welcome Page in your ROE Web portal) \- Phone Number:  \- Email Address:      #### Self-Submitter (Business Uploads to Service Canada) If the business has **not signed** the ROE Authorization Form, they are considered a self-submitter. -
