Stop Pay for Employees in Corfix Payroll

This article will summarize how to close a workers employee profile in Corfix Payroll.

Following the Steps below will ensure that Workers;

  • Workers no longer have access to Corfix.
  • Employees do not appear on future payrolls.
  • ROE's are generated and submitted.
  1. Suspend Worker profile in Corfix. Suspend Worker

  2. The Effective To dates for each of the following Payroll items will be time stamped on the day that the workers was blocked.
    1. Pay Rate
    2. Benefits
    3. Allowances
    4. Deductions
    5. ReimbursementsPresets
  3. You will have to set the Effective To date for the following manually in Corfix Payroll;
    1. Worker's Comp
    2. Stat Holiday Pay
    3. Vacation Pay
