      Stop Pay for Employees in Corfix Payroll

      This article will summarize how to close a workers employee profile in Corfix Payroll.

      Following the Steps below will ensure that Workers;

      • Workers no longer have access to Corfix.
      • Employees do not appear on future payrolls.
      • ROE's are generated and submitted.
      1. Suspend Worker profile in Corfix. Suspend Worker

      1. Set Effective To dates for each of the following in Payroll. All editable through the Employee profile in Corfix Payroll. 
        1. Pay Rate
        2. Presets
          1. Benefits
          2. Allowances
          3. Deductions
          4. Reimbursements
        3. Worker's Comp
        4. Stat Holiday Pay

      1. Generate ROE. Follow the linked instructions in Corfix to generate the Record of
        Employment. How to Generate ROE.

      Ensure you contact your CSM to archive the employee so they do not appear on future

      payrolls.
