      Troubleshooting the Android Location Issue

      Here is how you can troubleshoot the location issue with Android (September 24th 2024).

      This only affects users who have the "Track While Punched in" setting toggled on in Timekeeping and it will only affect your Android users.

      We will notify you when the Track While Punched in setting can be toggled back on.

      Our team is looking into this issue to resolve promptly.

      We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

      Here is how to troubleshoot this issue.

      1. Turn "Track while punched in" off in the admin. DO NOT turn it back on for now. (Timekeeping>Settings>Location>Track while punched in)
      2. Send out a message to the workers letting them know that they can either delete and re-download the Corfix app.
