Questions from Webinar July 20, 2022

Answers to all the questions asked during our webinar on July 20th, 2022

Question: When I create a Form and move on to add Workers, it defaults to list employees in my department only. How can I change it so I see the list of all staff?

Answer:  This is because of the Worker Group you are set up in. When you're in a Worker Group, the app will automatically filter to only show your Worker group. If you would rather have the app not filter to a specific Worker group, remove your account from the Worker group in the Admin!

Question: Can I make it so that workers can only see their own Forms and no one else’s?

Answer: Yes! Through the Permission sets you will want to find the "View All Forms" toggle. Make sure this toggle is off, like in the image below. This will restrict the Worker to only see the Forms that they have created or signed off on.

Question: If "View All Forms" is turned off for a Supervisor, would they still be able see all of the Forms that have been created which are specific to them?

Answer:  When the "View All Forms" permission is toggled off, any Worker in that permission will only be able to see their Forms, and no one else’s.

Question: How do I add a photo component to my field?

Answer: Within the Template Builder, you can drag and drop a Photo component. This component will allow the Workers to add a photo they have previously taken or take a photo on the spot.

Question: When managing Time Cards for Workers, is it possible to filter by just the worker without the need to filter by Project? This would help when workers change sites through the day, to ensure hours aren't missed in review if not searching across multiple projects.

Answer: This is a great feature request! We definitely see the use to be able to monitor Time Cards on just the whole Worker level instead of a single Project. We've passed this on to the Development team to look into implementing!

Question: When I created a Permission set with only "Admin app access" and "Mobile app access" toggled on, the staff were still able to view Binders, Certifications , incomplete Tasks and view Cases.

Answer: Thank you for pointing this out. Our team is currently looking into this! As soon as we've resolved the issue we will update this article.
