Corfix Role & Permissions Guide (Pre populated Roles)

This article will summarize Corfix roles, permissions, and their key differences.

Role Explanations

Admin

Admins have the broadest and deepest access across Corfix. They can create, edit, and delete nearly all entities in the system — including projects, accounts, tasks, forms, certifications, binders, assets, schedules, reports, roles, groups, and integrations. They can also view sensitive data, edit company settings, and manage payroll visibility.
Purpose: To configure, oversee, and control the full platform, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with company policies.

Supervisor

Supervisors have mid-level management permissions. They can access and manage projects, notes, forms, certifications, binders, assets, and schedules. They typically cannot alter company-wide settings or integrations, and their access to payroll and sensitive account data is limited.
Purpose: To act as the field and project managers, bridging day-to-day work between workers and admins, while maintaining accountability and oversight on project sites.

Worker

Workers have the most limited permissions. They can view and submit forms, certifications, binders, schedules, and their assigned tasks. Workers generally cannot create, edit, or delete higher-level entities like projects, accounts, or integrations.
Purpose: To provide on-the-ground input and compliance, focusing on timesheets, safety, and project documentation without administrative complexity.
