What is a Pending Certification?

This article will outline what a Pending Certification is.

When a worker uploads their certification via the mobile app, it will register as "Pending".  The next step is for an Admin to review the submission, to make sure that the information is correct and that all of the information lines up.

Based on this review, the certification status can then be changed to "Approved" or "Declined".
