🔍 Common Cause
If a Worker cannot see the Timekeeping tab or does not have the option to punch in/create a time card, the most likely reason is that they do not have a Pay Rate assigned to their account.
🛠️ How to Fix It

An Admin must assign a Pay Rate to the Worker’s account.

Once the Pay Rate has been assigned, ask the Worker to log out and then log back in to the Corfix app.

After logging back in, the Worker should see the Timekeeping tab and be able to punch in / create time cards as normal.
🧪 Expected Result
After the Pay Rate is added and the Worker logs back in, they will have full access to the Timekeeping features.
