Vous pouvez configurer un contact pour recevoir des formulaires spécifiques complétés pour ce projet ! Cela signifie que lorsque le modèle spécifique est rempli et signé par tous les signataires, le formulaire est automatiquement envoyé par courrier électronique à la tierce partie spécifiée ! Cela permet de gagner un temps considérable et d'éviter tout retard lorsqu'il s'agit de remettre les formulaires de sécurité aux personnes concernées. Vous trouverez ci-dessous les instructions relatives à la mise en place de ce système! **Étape 1:** Allez dans Projets. ![](https://knowledge.corfix.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jan-09-2024-10-11-18-9739-PM.png?width=655&height=575&name=image-png-Jan-09-2024-10-11-18-9739-PM.png) **Étape 2:** Sélectionnez le projet pour lequel vous souhaitez configurer ce flux de travail. **Étape 3:** Une fois dans le projet, sélectionnez le bouton "crayon" en haut à droite. **Étape 4:** Ensuite, faites défiler la page jusqu'en bas et trouvez la rubrique "Autre contacts".
