Créer un cycle hors cycle (voir les instructions ci-dessous) 2. Appliquer une rémunération supplémentaire  3. Appliquez le type « Rémunération rétroactive ». ### 1. Lancez le cycle de paie hors cycle - Accédez à la section « **Paie »** - Cliquez sur « **Créer une paie hors cycle »** ### 2. Sélectionnez les salariés et saisissez les détails du paiement - Choisissez un ou plusieurs salariés à inclure - Saisissez le **montant** (rémunération brute) - Sélectionnez le **type de rémunération** (par exemple : **prime**, **heures non travaillées**, **correction**) ### 3. Choisissez le mode de paiement - **Automatique** – Le paiement sera effectué via le système de paie - **Manuel** – Vous vous chargerez du paiement séparément ### 4. Vérifiez et validez - Vérifiez tous les calculs de paie : - Rémunération brute - Impôts et retenues - Rémunération nette - Cliquez sur « **Approuver la paie »** pour finaliser #### Paiements manuels Si vous choisissez « **Manuel »** comme mode de paiement : - Le système continuera à calculer et à verser **les impôts et les cotisations applicables** - Il vous incombe d'effectuer le paiement manuellement (par exemple, par virement bancaire, par chèque ou par virement électronique) Vérifiez toujours soigneusement les montants bruts, les types de rémunération et le mode de paiement avant de valider, afin d’éviter tout retard ou problème de conformité   -
