Le système utilise les heures prévues pour **calculer au prorata les rémunérations**, notamment lorsque : - Un salarié commence à travailler en cours de période de paie - En cas de congé sans solde ou d’absence partielle Cela garantit que les salariés sont **rémunérés correctement** en fonction du temps effectivement travaillé. ### Quel est l’impact sur les heures assurables ?
