Corfix Guide: Restricting Access to Specific Form Templates
Purpose
To ensure that only authorized team members can view or edit sensitive form templates — such as the Health and Safey Policy — by assigning role-based access.
Step-by-Step Instructions
-
Go to the Templates Section
-
From the main dashboard, navigate to Forms → Templates.
-
-
Locate the Template
-
Find the template you want to restrict (e.g., Health and Safety Policy).
-
-
Open Template Options
-
Click Show Options on the right side of the template’s name.
-
-
Set Required Role
-
In the options menu, look for Required Role.
-
Choose the role(s) that should have access (e.g., Managers, Supervisors, Admins).
-
This setting ensures that only users with the selected role(s) can see or use the template.
-
-
Save Changes
-
Confirm your selection to apply the restriction.
-
Once saved, only users with the assigned role can view or edit the template.
-
Tips
-
Use Admin or Manager roles for HR or policy-related templates.
-
Regular employees won’t see templates with restricted roles.
-
You can always return to Show Options to adjust access levels later.
