(Admin) How can I get my workers to sign PDFs in Binders?
This article will summarize how you can have workers sign off on PDFs just like they can with Forms.
Sometimes you need to confirm that you’ve read and understood a company document—like a new safety rule or a site drawing—without needing to fill out a long form. The Binders section now allows you to add your digital signature directly to these documents.
Think of it as a "read and understood" digital stamp. It’s the quickest way to acknowledge important information while keeping all your paperwork organized in one place.
It is a great practice to create a Project along with these documents so you can keep everything organized and easy to track. For example, if you are sending out policies, create a Project called “Policies” (or by year, like “2026 Policies”). This way, you can quickly filter by that Project on your Forms, Resources, or Binders tables and instantly see which versions have been sent, who has signed, and which signatures are still outstanding. This simple step makes it much easier to stay audit-ready and to pull up signed resources in seconds when a supervisor, client, or inspector needs proof of acknowledgment.
Step 1: Go to the Binders tab in the admin.

Step 2: Find the document you want to send out to workers and select the Choose Action drop-down.

Step 3: Select the "Sign" option.
Step 4: Fill out appropriate fields, in this example, the Company Policy is being sent to all workers for them to sign off for the year.

Step 5: You will now have the Form Show up on the All Forms page where you can monitor who has signed off on the document, and resend notifications if needed.

When you send out the PDF for signature it will act just as a Form does!
